Domestic Shipping Policy. 

 

Shipping only in EU country’s:

Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy and United Kingdom.

Orders from other EU country's or outside the EU please contact us first by our contact form to discuss further options and possibilities to make an order.

 

Shipment Processing Time: 

All in-stock orders in the Netherlands will be processed within 1-2 business days and EU 3-7 business days of receipt. Orders will not be processed or shipped on Sunday or on public holidays. (In exceptional circumstances, orders will be processed and shipped, and the customer will be notified)

 

Out-of-stock orders in the Netherlands have a waiting period of up to 21 days (2-3 weeks) due to the preparation of the products from Pikin Sranan farm and shipping from Surinam to the Netherlands.

 

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you by e-mail or phone.

 

Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times: Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Netherlands Order Amount Standard Ground Shipping (1-2 business days) €6.50

*Free shipping for orders over €50.

EU Order Amount Standard Ground Shipping (3-7 business days) €13.95 *Free shipping for orders over €70.

United Kingdom Order Amount Standard Ground Shipping (3-7 business days) €14.70 *Free shipping for orders over €70.

Please ensure you select the correct shipping rate based on the number of items in your package. Should the actual shipping cost be higher than the selected rate, an additional payment link will be sent after processing. If the cost is lower, the difference will be refunded.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Code:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking code once your order has been shipped. The tracking code will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
www.aiyanatreasures.shop is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All charges incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and other fees).

Return and Refund Policy: If there's anything wrong with your order, other than damage or loss during shipping, please contact us. We'll check it and if necessary send you a new product or refund your order.

Damage:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us first at info@aiyanatreasures.shop. We will review the situation and work with you to resolve it, which may include sending a replacement.

Please keep all packaging materials and the damaged items, as they may be required for assessment or claims with the shipping carrier.

 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Deliveries:
We attempt to validate every delivery address provided during checkout to ensure it is recognized as a valid address by POSTNL.

If we cannot validate the address, we will attempt to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we are unable to update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded. www.aiyanatreasures.shop is not responsible if the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and we are unable to locate the package.

 

Missing or Stolen Shipments:
If you have not received your order, but the shipping company has notified us that it has been delivered, please let us know as soon as possible. Report it to us at info@aiyanatreasures.shop
We will file a claim with the shipping company. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order once the investigation is complete. Please allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
